# How to Manage User Settings

### **Summary**

Users can customize their experience by managing settings related to user attributes, email notifications, and menu options. Snippets can also be created, edited, or removed to streamline frequently used content and improve efficiency across workflows.

### **Manage User Attributes**

In User Attributes you can change your first and last name, password, email address and set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

1.  Click the **down arrow next to your User Name** at the top right of the screen
2.  Click on **settings**
3.  Go to **User Attributes**
4.  Choose the setting you want to manage
5.  For each setting, edit then click s**ubmit**

### **Mange Email and Notification Preferences, Left Side Menu**

1.  Click the **down arrow next to your User Name** at the top right of the screen
2.  Click on **settings**
3.  Choose the setting you want to manage
4.  For each setting, edit then click s**ubmit**

### **Manage Snippets**

-   **Remove** a snippet click on the **trash icon**
-   **Edit** a snippet click on the **edit icon**
-   **Create** a snippet click **create snippet**, when finished click **submit**
