DecipherRisk includes several color-coded visual indicators for risk management process performance metrics (see example below).

The thresholds are set as follows:

Issues/Action Plans with Review Dates

green: >= 90%

orange: 89 - 50%

red: < 50%

Issues with Action Plans/Action Plans with Issues

green: >= 80%

orange: >= 79 - 50%

red: < 50%
