Record Status (Issue / Risk Analysis / Action Plan)

Record Status is used to track and manage the workflow of records in the system.

Issue Record Status

Created - The issue has been created in the system but not processed.

In-Triage - The issue triage process is in progress.

In-Progress - The issue is open and should have an active Action Plan.

Deferred - The issue has been deferred until the Next Review date.

Closed (Pending Approval) - The issue has been closed and is awaiting review and approval by a manager/supervisor.

Closed - The issue has been resolved or deemed no longer relevant.

Created - The action plan has been created but not started.

In-Progress - The action plan is actively being worked on.

Deferred - The action plan has been deferred until the Next Review date.

Closed (Awaiting Approval) - The action plan has been completed and is awaiting review and acceptance by a manager/supervisor.

Closed - The action plan has been executed or canceled.

Created - The risk analysis has been created but not started.

In-Progress - The risk analysis is being performed.

Closed (Pending Approval) - The risk analysis has been completed and is awaiting review and acceptance by a manager/supervisor.

Closed - The risk has been addressed or deemed no longer relevant.
